6 AXIS SERVOMOTOR DRIVEN CNC ROBOTS WITH TELESCOPIC ARM

Application 12 spare output and 14 spare input terminal for coordinate with other auxiliary equipments.
1. Parts removal : a) Reduce the difficulty and lower the cost to built End Of Arm Tooling.
b) Able to reach unconventional paths such as curves, hooks, undercut and exceptional routes.2. Stack and array: Can handle up to 9 stacks and array areas. Otherwise can placing 100 points on the same working surface.
3. Insert and grid: Can handle 9 different insertion materials into the mold. It can be feed from single point or grid pallet or multi-station.
4. Coordinate with other second operation machines Conveyor, palletizing, sprue cutting, electronic weight scale, parts feeder, self-storage system and many others.
5. Multiple inspection functions a) Reject program: When connected to Injection Molding Machine, can place reject part in pointed area.
b) Inspection program: By setting the quality counter placing the part for Q/C purpose. Example once every 100 cycles.
c) Weight program: Connected to electronic weight scale, it can separate the defect part.
d) Cycle counter: By setting the total molded cycles. Inspection or defect cycle will not taken into counters.CNC control box. 6 drivers for 6 axis.

- 8" Touch screen. AMD 500MHz CPU with DDR 512M Memories. Compatible with Windows CE system and 512M CF memory card.
- Easy to operate with graphic symbol. All the information is stored in the CF card. Update system, upload or download program can be done directly on hand-pendent.
- Multiple languages can be select. All the repair and maintenance can be done on the hand-pendent. Faster and easier than ever.
- Gigantic memory capacity. It can store over 10,000 sets of programs; each program can edit 500 steps. Also can use USB port to upload or download to PC.
